The Reclaimed Life: Self-Care Coaching & Support

1:1 Coaching & Support

Moving from overwhelm to a state of ease requires more than just a tidy space.

If you’ve been reading The Reclaimed Life and felt a resonance with the path of simplicity and intentional living—but you’re finding it hard to shift your daily habits on your own—I am here to support you.

These sessions are not “high-pressure coaching” or rigid transformation programs. There are no “shoulds” here. Instead, these are gentle, unhurried spaces designed to help you clear the internal noise and move at the pace of peace.

Choose the Support That Honors Your Nature:

1. The Reflective Chat: A Space to Be Heard

Sometimes, the most restorative thing we can do is simply speak our truth to someone who truly listens. Unlike conversations with friends or family—where advice can feel like another “to-do”—this is a dedicated space where you are seen, heard, and held in compassion.

If you are navigating a season of overwhelm or feeling the weight of “too-muchness,” this session is a soft place to land.

  • The Vibe: Soft, intuitive, and deeply grounding.

  • The Focus: A safe, non-judgmental space to “get it all out” and find your center.

  • Best for: When you don’t need to be “fixed”—you just need to be heard.

2. The Rhythm Edit: An Intentional Action Call

The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it can feel like a mountain. In these sessions, we sit together to clear the path. We aren’t rushing toward a finish line; we are simply making the “next right step” feel possible.

  • The Vibe: Encouraging, collaborative, and grounded.

  • The Focus: Bridging the gap between your vision and your daily reality.

    • Gentle Planning: Taking a project—like a schedule shift or a home transition—and breaking it down into tiny, peaceful pieces.

    • Building Rhythms: Creating a rest practice that honors your actual life, not a “perfect” version of it.

  • Best for: When you want a gentle partner to help you move from “stuck” into a natural flow of ease.

My Approach: The “How” of Reclamation

I offer these as individual, stand-alone sessions. There is no contract and no long-term commitment—just a shared space for your reclamation.

My approach is holistic and future-focused. We aren’t here to dissect the “why”—we are here to explore the “how.” I help you edit the excess in your schedule and your mind, creating a life that feels as light and intentional on the inside as your reclaimed home looks on the outside.

“You don’t have to do it all at once, and you don’t have to do it alone.”

Why Trust Me?

I am a fellow traveler who has spent years learning how to quiet the noise of “performance” and find the way back to a life of stillness. I know the deep fatigue of trying to be everything to everyone, and I know the quiet longing for a life that honors my personal pace and peace.

To ensure I can offer you safe, grounded support, I have dedicated years to studying the intersection of the body, the mind, and the spirit.

My Background & Certifications:

  • Sleep, Stress-Management, & Recovery Coaching: Specializing in the “art of the exhale” and deep restorative rest.

  • Certified Health & Life Coaching: Trained to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

  • Professional Women’s Empowerment Coaching: Helping you reclaim your sovereignty and author a life that is truly your own.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is Self-Care Coaching?

Self-Care Coaching is a dedicated space to address the “clutter” in your daily life that isn’t physical. While home organization focuses on your surroundings, this coaching focuses on your rhythms, energy, and habits. It is about moving from a state of overwhelm to a state of ease by simplifying your schedule and honoring your natural pace.

What is the difference between Self-Care Coaching and your Organization services?

The short version is: one addresses your environment, and the other addresses your energy.

  • Home Organization (In-person or Virtual) focuses on the external. We are editing your closets, kitchens, and papers to create a space that functions like a sanctuary. It’s about the “stuff.”

  • Self-Care Coaching focuses on the internal. We are editing your rhythms, your schedule, and your daily habits. It’s about the “how.”

Many clients find that these services work best in tandem—once the physical space is cleared, it becomes much easier to hear what your soul needs to flourish.

How is this different from traditional therapy?

While therapy often focuses on analyzing the past to understand the “why,” my approach is holistic and future-focused. We aren’t here to dissect your history; we are here to explore the “how.” We focus on where you are now and how to bridge the gap to where you want to be, using practical tools and intuitive guidance to create a life that feels light instead of heavy.

Do I need to have a specific “problem” to solve before booking?

Not at all. You don’t need a crisis to deserve support. Many clients book a session simply because they feel “weighted down” by the noise of the world and need a soft place to land. Whether you need a Reflective Chat to be heard or a Rhythm Edit to organize your week, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

I’m not sure which session to book—how do I choose?

Think of the Reflective Chat as a space for “unloading”—it’s for when you need to speak your truth and be heard without the pressure to “fix” anything. The Rhythm Edit is more collaborative and action-oriented—it’s for when you want to break a specific lifestyle goal into “tiny, peaceful pieces.” If you aren’t sure, don’t worry; we can always let the session unfold naturally based on what you need most in the moment.

I live outside the United States. Can we still work together?

Absolutely. We use Google Meet for all coaching sessions, which allows us to connect face-to-face regardless of geography. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable place to sit.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. In the spirit of autonomy and slow living, there are no contracts or multi-month requirements. You can book a single, unhurried session for $88 whenever you feel the need for extra support. You are the author of this journey; I am simply here to walk beside you as you navigate your reclamation.
