The Reclaimed Home: Organization & De-cluttering Services
A Reclaimed Home is not a stage for perfection. It is a sanctuary that supports the life you want to live.
If you feel weighted down by your surroundings and aren’t sure where to begin, I am here to help you navigate the clutter. My work as a Declutter Expert and Certified Mindset Coach focuses on clearing the physical noise of “too-muchness” to make room for the stillness beneath.
We don’t just move items around; we edit your environment so it honors your natural rhythms and provides a soft place to land.
The Slow Edit Home: In-Person Organization
Perfect for: Women in Pensacola and surrounding communities who are ready to clear physical overwhelm and transform their home into a true sanctuary.
This is a collaborative, side-by-side experience where we move through your space at a pace that feels entirely sustainable, not stressful. Together, we will clear the physical clutter, streamline your belongings, and build intuitive systems that blend home organization with intentional living.
What You’ll Gain
The Initial Edit: A clear, curated environment that completely honors your current season of life by releasing what no longer serves you.
Physical Breathing Room: Immediate relief and pockets of peace in high-impact areas like entryways, kitchens, and bedrooms.
Functional Systems: Intuitive, easy-to-maintain organization that gently supports your daily rhythms rather than demanding your constant energy.
How It Works
In-Home Consultation: A focused walk-through of your space to understand your vision, map your daily energy blocks, and identify your high-impact priority areas.
Side-by-Side Slow Edit Sessions: Hands-on, collaborative decluttering and organizing sessions where we work together at your comfort level.
Simplified Systems: Sourcing, placement, and implementation of intuitive systems that work with your habits and routines—no complicated, rigid rules.
Who It’s For
Local clients who crave the physical presence and encouraging accountability of an expert working right beside them.
Those who feel completely stuck or exhausted just looking at their clutter and don’t know where to begin.
Anyone ready to transition their everyday environment from a demanding constant to-do list into a soft place to land.
The Slow Edit Virtual: Virtual Decluttering Sessions
Perfect for: Individuals who have the energy to do the physical work but need a step-by-step roadmap and a supportive partner to keep them focused and grounded.
We gather via video on Google Meet for focused, collaborative guidance. These sessions are specifically designed to bridge the gap between your vision and your physical reality, making The Slow Edit feel manageable, intuitive, and entirely doable from afar.
What You’ll Gain
A Personalized Roadmap: A clear, step-by-step “Slow Edit” plan tailored to your specific space, energy levels, and timeline.
Empathetic Decision Support: A calm, objective partner to help you gently navigate the “stay or go” process with zero judgment and total clarity.
Sustainable Momentum: The focus and structure you need to make the next right step feel completely natural, turning a daunting project into tiny, peaceful pieces.
How It Works
Virtual Assessment Kickoff: We meet on video to look at your space together, define the feeling you want to create, and pinpoint the exact blocks draining your energy.
Collaborative Video Coaching: Real-time, focused sessions where we break down the project, sort through items together, and instantly create a sense of lightness in your space.
Post-Session Action Plan: A clean, minimal breakdown of your step-by-step organization plan and simple maintenance habits to implement before our next check-in.
Who It’s For
Those who prefer a self-paced, flexible approach to home organization but struggle with overthinking or losing momentum on their own.
Anyone experiencing physical clutter who values a supportive mindset coach to help unpack the emotional attachments to things.
Clients outside the local Pensacola area who want high-touch, expert guidance to reclaim their space and their peace.
The Slow Edit Style: Sanctuary Curation & Shopping
Perfect for: Clients who have cleared the excess and are ready to intentionally introduce pieces that support their new systems and elevate their home’s sense of peace.
Once the physical noise is gone, the final step is nurturing your environment. Whether it is finding the perfect sustainable baskets or selecting simple, soul-stirring decorative items that make your home feel like a true sanctuary, I am here to help you curate with intention. We look entirely at what fits your specific space, daily habits, and budget.
What You’ll Gain
Intentional Sourcing: Access to a tailored, hand-picked selection of high-quality, functional tools—like modular storage or sustainable bins—saving you hours of scrolling and decision fatigue.
Aesthetic Alignment: A cohesive visual direction that brings “soulful” touches—like natural textures, soft lighting, or minimal decor—into your home to reflect your personal version of peace.
Strategic Styling: Practical guidance on how to gracefully integrate new items so they visually blend into your space and enhance the daily stillness of your home.
How It Works
Curation Consultation: We review your newly organized space to pinpoint exactly what functional gaps need to be filled (e.g., the perfect entryway tray or closet bins).
Custom Sourcing Guide: You receive a beautifully styled, clickable digital shopping list created just for you, featuring direct links to online items or local finds that match your budget and aesthetic.
Placement & Styling Support: Once your pieces arrive, we work together (in-person or virtually) to style them into your space so they immediately support your natural rhythms.
Who It’s For
Those who want a cohesive, beautiful home but feel overwhelmed by the endless options at retail stores or online.
Anyone who wants to ensure that the new items they bring into their home are truly functional and won’t just turn back into future clutter.
Clients ready to invest in the “feeling” of their space, transforming an organized room into a deeply restorative sensory sanctuary.
The Signature Method: The Slow Edit
Every project follows these simple core principles to ensure the results are as peaceful as the process.
What Makes The Slow Edit Different?
Most professional organizers aim for a “reveal”—they come in, shuffle your belongings into beautiful bins while you’re away, and leave you with a space that looks perfect but feels unfamiliar.
I work differently.
I believe that physical clutter is often a symptom of internal noise. Instead of doing the work for you, I work side-by-side with you. We look beyond the bins to discover the rhythms and habits that led to the overwhelm in the first place.
My goal isn’t just to tidy your home; it is to coach you through a transformation from the inside out. Together, we create a sustainable shift in how you live within your space, ensuring your home remains a sanctuary long after our work is done.
The Investment
Reclaiming your home is a direct investment in your daily peace. To keep our work flexible and intentional, I offer hourly rates that allow us to move at your natural pace.
In-Person Home Organization (Local): $65 per hour
To ensure we have the time to truly sink into the process and make meaningful progress, in-person sessions in the Pensacola area require a minimum commitment of two hours.
Note: A $0.30/mile mileage fee is applied to all in-home sessions.
Virtual De-cluttering: $55 per hour
These video-based sessions are tailored to your energy. You can book a single hour to map out a “tiny piece,” or a longer block if you want me right there in your pocket as you navigate a larger edit. We focus on the decision-making process and creating a sustainable action plan for your space.
Note: Virtual sessions require a one-hour minimum.
Sanctuary Curation & Shopping: $55 per hour
Whether I am sourcing the perfect textures or the right organizational tools for your specific rhythms, curation services are billed at an hourly rate.
Local Curation: We can meet in person for a guided shopping experience at local shops to select items for your sanctuary.
Virtual Curation: We can “shop together” online via a shared screen or I can provide a curated sourcing list for you to purchase at your own pace.
You can book a singular block of time to find your footing, or we can schedule sessions periodically as you navigate the slow edit of your entire home. There is no long-term commitment or “program” to finish—just a shared goal of creating a sanctuary that supports your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive or before our call?
Please don’t. To help you “edit the excess,” it is most helpful for me to see your home exactly as it is in your daily life. Seeing where the friction naturally occurs allows us to build systems that actually support you. There is no judgment here.
Will you make me throw everything away?
The Slow Edit is about curation, not deprivation. You are the final authority on what stays and what goes. I am simply here to help you release what is weighing you down.
Do I need to buy bins or organizational supplies beforehand?
I always recommend that we edit first. Buying containers for items you don’t actually need is a common trap. Once we have cleared the physical noise, we can determine what specific tools will best support your new systems.
How long does the process take?
Because we work in tiny, peaceful pieces, the timeline depends on the scope of the project and your personal pace. Some clients want a single “High-Impact” session for one room, while others prefer ongoing support as we move through the whole home. We move at a speed that feels sustainable, not stressful.
What is the difference between an Organization Specialist and a cleaning service?
While a cleaning service focuses on the surface, an Organization Specialist focuses on the systems and the “why” behind the space. We are editing the contents of your home and redesigning the way you interact with your environment to reduce daily friction and overwhelm.
How do virtual sessions work?
We gather via Google Meet and you’ll walk me through your space virtually. I provide the roadmap, the “Slow Edit” steps, and the accountability, while you do the physical moving of items. It is a highly collaborative way to get expert guidance regardless of where you live.
How does the Shopping & Sanctuary Curation service work?
We only move into this phase once the “Slow Edit” of a space is complete. Once the excess is cleared, I can help you select functional and beautiful tools—like sustainable bins, labels, or decorative accents—that honor your aesthetic. I can provide you with a curated digital shopping list of links, or we can shop together (in-person or virtually) to find exactly what your home needs.
Please note: My hourly rate covers the time spent sourcing, researching, and styling; the cost of the actual products is a separate investment made by the client.
Less noise. More soul.
You don’t have to find your way out of the clutter alone. Let’s curate a life that finally feels like home.
