The Reclaimed Home: Organization & De-cluttering Services

A Reclaimed Home is not a stage for perfection. It is a sanctuary that supports the life you want to live.

If you feel weighted down by your surroundings and aren’t sure where to begin, I am here to help you navigate the clutter. My work as an Organization Specialist focuses on clearing the physical noise of “too-muchness” to make room for the stillness beneath.

We don’t just move items around; we edit your environment so it honors your natural rhythms and provides a soft place to land.

In-Person Organization (Local Support)

For those in Pensacola, Florida and surrounding communities.

I offer hands-on, side-by-side support to help you transform your home. This is a collaborative process where we move through your space at a pace that feels sustainable, not stressful.

  • The Initial Edit: We identify what no longer serves your current season of life.

  • Functional Systems: We create intuitive organization that makes daily life feel easy.

  • Sanctuary Building: We focus on high-impact areas like entryways, kitchens, and bedrooms to create immediate pockets of peace.

Virtual De-cluttering Sessions

Focused guidance via Google Meet.

If you have the energy to do the physical work but need a roadmap and a supportive partner to keep you focused, virtual sessions are a perfect fit.

  • Strategic Mapping: We look at your space together and I provide a step-by-step “Slow Edit” plan.

  • Decision Support: I help you navigate the “stay or go” process with empathy and clarity.

  • Momentum: These sessions bridge the gap between your vision and your reality, making the next right step feel natural and easy.

Sanctuary Curation & Shopping

Once the excess has been cleared, you may want to introduce intentional pieces that support your new systems. Whether it is finding the perfect sustainable bins or selecting decorative items that make your home feel like a sanctuary, I am here to help you curate with intention.

  • Intentional Sourcing: Researching and selecting high-quality, functional tools—like sustainable bins or modular systems—that fit your specific space and budget.

  • Aesthetic Alignment: Finding the “soulful” touches—the textures, lighting, or decor—that reflect your personal version of peace and honor your aesthetic.

  • Strategic Styling: Guidance on how to integrate new items so they support your natural rhythms and enhance the stillness of your home.

The Signature Method: The Slow Edit

Every project follows three core principles to ensure the results are as peaceful as the process:

  1. Edit First: We strip away the excess before we ever talk about bins or baskets. You cannot organize your way out of a clutter problem.

  2. Tiny, Peaceful Pieces: We break the “mountain” into manageable steps to ensure you build momentum without the overwhelm.

  3. Present Focused: We create a home that reflects the person you are today and the life you want to lead tomorrow.

The Investment $44/hr

Reclaiming your home is an investment in your daily peace. My rate for both in-person, virtual organization, and sanctuary curation & shopping is $44 per hour.

  • Virtual De-cluttering Sessions: These sessions are tailored to your needs. You can book an hour to map out a single “tiny piece,” or a longer block if you want me right there in your pocket to navigate a larger edit. We move at the speed that feels right for your energy.

  • In-Person Organization (Local): To ensure we have the time to sink into the process and make meaningful progress, in-person sessions require a minimum commitment of two hours + $0.30/per mile mileage fee.

You can book a singular block of time to find your footing, or we can schedule sessions periodically as you navigate the slow edit of your entire home. There is no long-term commitment—just a shared goal of creating a sanctuary that supports you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to tidy up before you arrive or before our call?

Please don’t. To help you “edit the excess,” it is most helpful for me to see your home exactly as it is in your daily life. Seeing where the friction naturally occurs allows us to build systems that actually support you. There is no judgment here.

Will you make me throw everything away?

The Slow Edit is about curation, not deprivation. You are the final authority on what stays and what goes. I am simply here to help you release what is weighing you down.

Do I need to buy bins or organizational supplies beforehand?

I always recommend that we edit first. Buying containers for items you don’t actually need is a common trap. Once we have cleared the physical noise, we can determine what specific tools will best support your new systems.

How long does the process take?

Because we work in tiny, peaceful pieces, the timeline depends on the scope of the project and your personal pace. Some clients want a single “High-Impact” session for one room, while others prefer ongoing support as we move through the whole home. We move at a speed that feels sustainable, not stressful.

What is the difference between an Organization Specialist and a cleaning service?

While a cleaning service focuses on the surface, an Organization Specialist focuses on the systems and the “why” behind the space. We are editing the contents of your home and redesigning the way you interact with your environment to reduce daily friction and overwhelm.

How do virtual sessions work?

We gather via Google Meet and you’ll walk me through your space virtually. I provide the roadmap, the “Slow Edit” steps, and the accountability, while you do the physical moving of items. It is a highly collaborative way to get expert guidance regardless of where you live.

How does the Shopping & Sanctuary Curation service work?

We only move into this phase once the “Slow Edit” of a space is complete. Once the excess is cleared, I can help you select functional and beautiful tools—like sustainable bins, labels, or decorative accents—that honor your aesthetic. I can provide you with a curated digital shopping list of links, or we can shop together (in-person or virtually) to find exactly what your home needs.

Please note: My hourly rate covers the time spent sourcing, researching, and styling; the cost of the actual products is a separate investment made by the client.
