If The Reclaimed Home is about clearing the physical noise, The Reclaimed Life is about what you do in the stillness that follows.
Simplicity doesn’t stop at the front door. I believe that once we have edited our surroundings to support us, we have a unique opportunity to look at the rhythms of our days. Just as we can become overwhelmed by too many belongings, we can become cluttered by too many commitments, excessive “hustle,” and the constant demand of a noisy world.
Beyond the To-Do List
Most of us live by a schedule that feels heavy—a list of roles and responsibilities that leave us feeling tethered to a screen or a clock. In a Reclaimed Life, we move away from “performing” and toward a way of being that honors our natural pace.
We look at the rhythms of your day:
How you move: Are your habits supporting your energy or draining it?
How you rest: Do you have true pockets of “quiet stillness” throughout your day?
How you spend your attention: Is your time being given to the things that truly matter?
The “Slow Edit” of Time
The same principles we use to declutter a closet apply to your life. We look at your daily habits and ask: Does this honor the person I am today? Does this make room for the peace I crave?
By simplifying your external world and your internal schedule, you make room for personal success—which I define as the ability to move through your day with a sense of ease and agency.
Cultivating Your “Quiet Stillness”
For some, a reclaimed life looks like a slow morning ritual with a cup of coffee or tea. For others, it’s the freedom to spend an afternoon lost in a book without the guilt of an unfinished to-do list.
A reclaimed life isn’t about doing everything perfectly; it’s about doing less, better. It’s about creating a lifestyle where you are no longer “getting by,” but truly living in a way that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
When we reclaim our time, we reclaim ourselves.
With so much love,
Kimberly
