Less Stuff, More Soul
A Manifesto for the Modern Sanctuary
You know that feeling when you walk into a room and it just feels... heavy?
It’s not just the laundry on the chair or the stack of mail on the counter. It’s the weight of the “shoulds.” The projects you haven’t started, the hobbies you’ve outgrown, and the constant, silent demand your belongings take on your energy.
If you’ve found your way here, you likely know what it’s like to wake up in a home that feels like a list of chores rather than a place of rest. You aren’t looking for a “Pinterest-perfect” life; you’re looking for a life that feels like yours again.
The Philosophy: The Stillness Beneath
I believe that a cluttered home creates a cluttered mind.
We live in a noisy world that tells us that “more” is the answer—more productivity, more possessions, more performance. But I’ve found that the way back to ourselves starts by stripping away the excess to find the stillness beneath.
Less stuff isn’t about deprivation. It’s about curation.
When we clear the physical friction from our lives, we don’t just gain empty shelves. We gain:
Time for the books we’ve been meaning to read.
Energy for the people who truly matter.
Space to breathe, to rest, and to simply be.
The Reclaimed Life
This is why I created The Reclaimed Life. My work as an organization specialist and certified coach is built on the belief that your home should be your sanctuary—a soft place to land that supports your natural rhythms rather than demanding your constant energy.
We focus on two foundations:
The Reclaimed Home: Creating a physical environment that feels light and intentional.
The Reclaimed Life: Designing a daily routine and rhythm that honors your values, your pace, and your peace.
A Gentle Return
I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” rules or aggressive weekend-long overhauls that leave you more exhausted than when you started. I believe in the Slow Edit.
Reclaiming your space is not a race; it is a gentle return to what you truly value. It’s about making room for your soul to finally take up the space it deserves.
I am so glad you’re here.
Let’s begin the process of letting go, so we can make room for what truly matters.
With so much love,
Kimberly
