In-Person Organization (Local Support) For those in my local community, I offer hands-on decluttering and home editing. This is for the person who feels weighted down by their physical environment and needs a partner and a coach to help them navigate the clutter. We work side-by-side to clear the physical noise, streamline your belongings, and build sustainable systems that turn your home into a sanctuary.

2. Virtual Sessions (Collaborative Coaching) If you prefer to do the physical work yourself but need a roadmap and accountability, we gather via video on Google Meet. These focused sessions are designed to bridge the gap between your current vision and your daily reality. We’ll look at your space or your schedule together and determine the next right step to make your lifestyle feel natural and easy.

3. 1:1 Self-Care Coaching (Individual Support) If you are looking to cultivate more intention within your daily life, these focused, individual sessions are dedicated to streamlining your internal rhythms. Together, we will look at your daily habits, routines, and boundaries to help you edit the excess, design a supportive schedule, and create immediate space for true self-care and rest.

What to Expect: The Gentle Return

I don’t believe in aggressive, weekend-long overhauls that leave you more exhausted than when you started. Regardless of how we work together, we follow the principles of The Slow Edit:

We Edit First: We strip away the excess before we ever talk about bins or baskets or adding more into your daily routines.

We Move in Tiny, Peaceful Pieces: We focus on one drawer or one rhythm at a time to build momentum without the stress.

We Prioritize the Present: We build systems that respect the person you are today and the life you want to lead tomorrow.

Ready to Begin?

Reclaiming your space is not a race; it is a gentle return to your own peace and pace. Whether you need hands-on help in your home or a virtual guiding hand to clear the physical and mental clutter, the door is always open.

Claim Your Free Consultation Here

With so much love,

Kimberly

Next in the Getting Started Series: In our final post of this series, I’ll be sharing The Essential Decluttering Checklist—a high-value, practical tool to help you start your first “Slow Edit” today.

Quick Links:

Home Organization & De-cluttering: Collaborative support to clear physical clutter and curate your sanctuary. Start the slow edit here.

Self-Care Coaching: 1:1 support to simplify your daily rhythms, edit your current habits and routines, and honor your natural pace. Work with me here.

Begin Your Reclamation: Ready to move from overwhelm to ease? Fill out the inquiry form here to schedule your free 30-minute consultation.

Get in Touch: For general inquiries or a simple “hello,” you can reach me here.

Hey there! In a Reclaimed Life, we move away from “performing” and toward a way of being that honors our natural pace.

We look at the rhythms of your day:

How you move: Are your habits supporting your energy or draining it?

How you rest: Do you have true pockets of “quiet stillness” throughout your day?

How you spend your attention: Is your time being given to the things that truly matter?

The “Slow Edit” of Time

The same principles we use to declutter a closet apply to your life. We look at your daily habits and ask: Does this honor the person I am today? Does this make room for the peace I crave?

By simplifying your external world and your internal schedule, you make room for personal success—which I define as the ability to move through your day with a sense of ease and agency.

Cultivating Your “Quiet Stillness”

For some, a reclaimed life looks like a slow morning ritual with a cup of coffee or tea. But you cannot organize your way out of a “too-muchness” problem.

As an organization specialist and certified coach, my first step is always the Edit. We look at your belongings through three simple lenses:

Does this support my daily rhythms?

Does this honor the person I am today?

Does this make room for the stillness I crave?

When we strip away the friction, we don’t just get a clean counter—we get our focus back.

Where to Begin (The Tiny, Peaceful Pieces)

If the whole house feels overwhelming, I invite you to focus on the “High-Impact” areas first. These are the spaces that greet you at the start and end of your day:

The Entryway: Create a simple “landing strip” for keys and bags so the outside world doesn’t come with you into your sanctuary.

The Bedside Table: Clear everything except the essentials—a book, a lamp, a glass of water. Let your last view of the day be one of peace.

The Kitchen Counter: Clear one small surface completely. Watch how that one pocket of “blank space” changes the energy of the whole room.

Designing for Ease

An organized home is a home that breathes. By building simple, sustainable systems—where every item has a “home” and every system respects your natural habits—we turn the mundane acts of daily life into rituals of ease.

When your physical environment is quiet, your soul finally has the space to be heard.

With so much love,

Kimberly

Next in the Getting Started Series: A Reclaimed Home is only half of the story. Start with the Vision, Not the Mess

Traditional decluttering starts by looking at the clutter. My method starts by looking at the sanctuary.

Instead of asking, “What should I throw away?”, we ask, “What kind of life do I want to live in this space?” When we focus on the feeling we want to create—whether that is quiet stillness, cozy warmth, or creative flow—the process of letting go becomes an act of self-care rather than a chore.

2. Tiny, Peaceful Pieces

The biggest barrier to organization is overwhelm. We solve this by breaking every project into tiny, peaceful pieces.

You don’t need to organize your entire kitchen today.

You just need to organize one drawer.

Or one shelf.

Or even just five minutes of clearing the “physical noise” from your counter.

Momentum is more important than speed. By starting small, we build the “decluttering muscle” without draining your energy.

3. Edit Before You Organize

Many people buy bins and baskets before they actually know what they need. In The Slow Edit, we always edit first.

We look at your belongings through the lens of your current life—not the life you had ten years ago or the “perfect” life you think you should have. We strip away the items that no longer serve you to make room for the things that truly matter. Once the excess is gone, the organization happens naturally.

4. Create Systems That Breathe

An organized home isn’t a stage for perfection; it’s a living space. My goal isn’t just to help you clean; it’s to help you build simple systems that are easy to maintain. These systems are designed to support your daily rhythms, giving you more time for your passions, your purpose, and the people you love.

Why “Slow” is Better

When we go slow, we make better decisions. We learn to trust our intuition. We move from a state of “surviving” our environment to truly thriving within it.

Reclaiming your home and your life is a journey, not a destination.

It starts with one intentional choice to let go of what is heavy, so you can make room for what is light.

With so much love,

Kimberly

Next in the Getting Started Series: Now that we’ve explored the method, it’s time to look at the foundations. productivity, more possessions, more performance. But I’ve found that the way back to ourselves starts by stripping away the excess to find the stillness beneath.

Less stuff isn’t about deprivation.
